This is me with my new ashford spindle and 100g or so of merino and silk roving that i got from a wingham wool work sampling workshop the other week, my gran gave me 50 quid for my 18th birthday and i just spent most of it there XD

Not gonna lie, got kinda overwhelmed by all of the choices available but yeah, i tried to stick to special fibers rather than straight up wools, seeing as a shed at my grans is just full to the brim with raw sheep fleeces.

I got:
100g of merino and silk blend
100g of 80% merino and 20% possum
100g of brown merino and silk blend
100g black welsh and silk blend
100g of bright magenta-purply dyed tussah silk top
100g of white mulberry silk top
200g of fine camel hair top

and a massive machine carded bat 310g of 85%wool and 15% silk in all purples and blues

In honor of the ridiculous amount of followers I have, I will be giving away some Avengers-themed swag to one lucky winner!

SWAG:

• You Were Made to Be Ruled moleskin notebook. It’s 3 1/2 inches by 5 1/2 inches, and ironically unlined. The front says “You Were Made To Be Ruled” and the back has a mini-Loki wielding a pencil staff.
• Tony Stark sticker. It’s about 2 x 2 1/2 inches in size and water resistant.
